Welcome to ReelOxa. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services operated by ReelOxa ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, including our Instagram AutoDM and messaging automation services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ReelOxa. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our AutoDM feature allows you to automate direct message responses and public comment replies on your connected Instagram business or creator account. By using this feature:
(a) You grant ReelOxa permission to access your Instagram account data and send messages on your behalf through the Instagram Platform API.
(b) You are solely responsible for the content of automated messages and replies configured through our platform.
(c) You agree to use this feature in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Meta Platform Terms.
(d) You must not use AutoDM to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any applicable laws or third-party rights.
(e) ReelOxa reserves the right to suspend AutoDM functionality for any account that violates these terms or triggers excessive user complaints.
Our Facebook AutoDM feature is a separate integration that lets you automate public comment replies and Messenger direct messages on Facebook Pages you administer. By using this feature:
(a) You confirm that you are an authorised admin of each Facebook Page you connect, and you grant ReelOxa permission to access that Page's posts, comments and Messenger conversations and to send replies and messages on your behalf through the Meta Graph API and Messenger Platform.
(b) Messenger replies are sent only to people who have interacted with your Page (for example, by commenting on your post), in line with Meta's messaging windows and policies. ReelOxa does not send unsolicited cold messages.
(c) You are solely responsible for the content of automated Messenger messages, buttons and public comment replies you configure.
(d) You agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy, Facebook Community Standards and Facebook Pages Terms.
(e) You must not use Facebook AutoDM for spam, harassment, deception, prohibited or regulated goods, or any content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
(f) ReelOxa may suspend Facebook AutoDM for any Page that breaches these Terms, triggers excessive complaints, or where Meta restricts or revokes the required permissions.
(g) The Facebook and Instagram integrations are independent. Disconnecting or losing access to one does not affect the other.
ReelOxa Wazzup is a separate integration that lets you connect a WhatsApp Business account through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to manage customer conversations, reply to messages and send approved message templates. By using this feature:
(a) You confirm that you own, or are authorised to manage, the WhatsApp Business account and phone number you connect, and you grant ReelOxa permission to send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf through the WhatsApp Cloud API.
(b) You must obtain valid opt-in consent from each person before sending them WhatsApp messages, and you must honour opt-out requests promptly.
(c) Free-form messages may only be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window you may only send message templates approved by Meta.
(d) You are solely responsible for the content of messages and templates you send, and you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and the Meta Platform Terms.
(e) You must not use Wazzup for spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, harassment, deception, or prohibited or regulated goods and services.
(f) Meta may review, limit, restrict or disable your phone number, templates or account at its sole discretion. ReelOxa is not responsible for Meta's decisions, message pricing charged by Meta, or interruptions caused by Meta.
(g) ReelOxa may suspend Wazzup for any account that breaches these Terms or triggers excessive complaints. The Wazzup, Instagram and Facebook integrations are independent of each other.
All content, features, and functionality of ReelOxa — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of ReelOxa and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in ReelOxa. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) upload content that infringes on third-party rights; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) use automated means to access the service without our consent; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the platform; (f) use Instagram or Facebook AutoDM to harass, spam, or deceive other users; (g) use ReelOxa Wazzup to message people on WhatsApp who have not opted in, send bulk unsolicited or spam messages, or send content prohibited by the WhatsApp Business Messaging or Commerce Policies.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting help@reeloxa.com, or follow the steps at reeloxa.com/data-deletion. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information and disconnect any linked Instagram accounts, Facebook Pages and WhatsApp Business accounts within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelOxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
